I'M COMING OUT!!

I'M COMING OUT!!

WOW! When anybody, almost, tries to articulate a "good time", well, it can become pretty funny. However, I want to tell you, in my humble opinion, the Brooklyn Bowl dance/concert along with the poster show AND poster artists was, indeed, a high point of my life. And, yes, I saw the Grateful Dead 346 times, and, yes, I DO know how to get high and have a good time, and, yes, I have hippy credentials up the yin/yang (and 3 masters Degrees). It was so much fun that my stomach hurt from laughing and I had to wipe the gums off of my teeth from smiling so much. I haven't seen an entire crowd dancing like nobody was watching in a long time. Maybe you had to be there, or, you could take my word. IT WAS BIG FUN. At one point, I was dancing with Lee Conklin, looked up and waved at Crystal Pistol, turned around and saw Gail, Alex, Carolyn, Kate and some other women dancing with so much abandon and freedom, I felt I could really breathe clearly...exhale and inhale for the first time in a long time. !! LOL Then John danced over and we boogied together for a minute then Ken was there and my niece showed up and REALLY let her hair down. The niece is 35 and said we were "cute aging hippies" until about half way through the show and then she got caught up in the Moonalice magic and, well, lost her mind along with the rest of us. Seeing Paul smiling from the stage and helping Pete switch out a bass in just a few seconds (literally under a minute) was astonishing. Everything about the venue was cool. There was not one single bummer person or bad vibe the entire day. We arrived at the Brooklyn Bowl around 2:30, so we were there for almost the entire day, and not to experience any bad vibes or negative energy AT ALL, well, that is a rare and beautiful thing. I think Chubby said something about, "well maybe this experiment is working." In my opinion and from where I come from and from what I can see, hear, touch, taste and feel, it most certainly is. Love.
